By accessing or using MY DESIRE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About MY DESIRE
MY DESIRE is an online grocery delivery service operating in Nassau, Bahamas. We offer delivery of groceries and household items to residential and business addresses within our delivery zones.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Bahamian Dollars (BSD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept PayPal and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
A 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) is applied to all orders in accordance with Bahamian law.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within designated zones in Nassau. Delivery fees vary by zone and are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided but not guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before they are confirmed for preparation. Once an order is being prepared, cancellations are at our discretion. Refunds for defective or missing items will be processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund for that item.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to resell products purchased through the platform without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
MY DESIRE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
